  I posted this to the other post as well. Centrastate hospital has ot,pt,speech and the great thing is they co treat with each other. The girls are awesome, there is jenn and Lauren for pt aylssa and dina for ot and shelly and one other lady for speech. The number is 7322942700 they are located in the same building as the gym
