  Looking for a house cleaner who pays attention to detail and truly does deep cleaning. I've tried a couple of ppl/teams and quite frankly each time after they are done and I return home I have to go thru the house and complete details they forgot such as a bathroom floor not cleaned, the backsplash behind kitchen sink not cleaned, kitchen sink not cleaned, corners not swept/mopped....I could go on. Am I too picky? I'm paying up to 100.00 plus tip for 1300 sf (without cleaning 2 of the 3 bedrooms as the kids do them) Thoughts? Recommendations? Looking for monthly at this time.

  Iso house painter FREE - Queen Creek, Arizona Hey there! We're looking to get quotes to have the exterior of our home painted. We're located in Laredo ranch. We haven't asked the hoa yet and just have an idea of the color scheme we'd like. I'm out driving at the moment but here is a photo of our home from the net. It's roughly 2800 sqft. Would either be a dark olive green or a dark brown. May or may not do the garage door as we may replace it. Would also need small stucco repairs. If you can come by for a quote please let me know. We're looking to have this done within the next 2-6 weeks depending on hoa approval. Will pay cash. Would prefer someone licensed and insured but would entertain offers from someone with great reviews and proof of work.
