  Lanae J. wrote: Do not trust a word Michael Scott says. I got $9013.75 in reasons to prove it. Im writing this for my Grandfather. This company preys on elderly citizens. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY! Its been over 6 months since I hired Exterior Energy Solutions to install a roof on my house and zero work has been done. They would use a different excuse each week. Either the weather was to bad, there lead guy quit, his little boy was sick, they were overloaded with work, etc. I have requested a full refund for my money which they agreed to do in 10-14 days because the money was in a escrow account and they had to request for it, Its been over 30 days now and the check is not here yet. I now have an attorney hired and I will do whatever it takes to make sure these sick human beings are shut down. Business owners name is Al Heartless General Managers name is Michael Scott. ( He will look you dead in the eyes and lie to you.) Please do your reviews/homework before choosing a home improvement company.
