Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
Ribbit Computers, LLC is a direct distributor of custom configured and refurbished desktops, servers and a full range of components for windows based PCs. With core facilities located in Wichita, KS we focus on fast and courteous nationwide service of small businesses and home users.
Describe a typical work day for you?
Ribbit Computers first store opened in the winter of 2004 by Alex Harb. Since then, the company has aggressively expanded, with four additional locations around Wichita and more sites are under negotiation -- Ribbit has also expanded into the highly competitive mail-order repair business with Ribbit Repair.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
Ribbit Computers, LLC strives to become a one-stop solution for all your computer needs. We recognize that customer preferences are diverse and so are demands and requirements to satisfy them. While some shoppers are merely trying to "beef up" their existing computers, others are ready to replace their old computer with a new system. Our goal is to save the time and money of all users - resellers, computer enthusiasts as well as first system buyers.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
We believe that a satisfied customer is an informed customer. We provide post sale support and service and are always ready to assist you in making the right decision
