Recently, I feel run down, like certain things are triggering me that I cannot figure out and something just seems....off. I am starting to suspect some kind of new found intolerance or allergy.   In my 20 s my asthma got really bad and I went to Henry Fishman on K St. for years and years. Haven't been now in about five years (my asthma and allergies improved dramatically with pregnancy), but I really liked him. http://www.fishmanallergyandasthma.com/
