Curtis S. asked:ISO contractors and bids! We need new roofs on both houses, floors jacked and supported underneath, a set of stairs moved from center of room to side of room, LVL, siding removal and replacement possibly asbestos, and the pink house has a completely new floor plan going in including framing, electrical, and plumbing. I flip houses and I'm a HVAC subcontractor always looking to take on new contractors!! MUST BE ABLE TO PULL PERMITS!! I'm looking for the contractors certified to do the work, I DO NOT NEED A SALESMAN OR CONTRACTOR TO SUB THE WORK OUT!! I'm looking for the contractor that will set foot on the job and see it out entirely! Starting projects as soon as closing FRIDAY!!
