I had it special ordered at your duncanville tx store. They told me it would be there next day. Nope. I have called back 3 times since and they say sorry, they don't know what happened, it will be in "tomorrow " yada yada. I wish I hadn't already paid for it. I will never use you again. Jim M. replied:All you need is a new heat coil it sounds like. Very simple. I just did one yesterday. Get the coil and I can either stop by or walk you thru it. Ufixit.com has everything. Garland n duncanville are the closest stores to us.
