  Therapist Recommendations DC metro Hi all, I am transitioning out of an intensive outpatient treatment program for EDNOS- my current treatment includes individual and group therapy. Does anyone have suggestions for a good therapist in or around Washington DC? Its super important to me that this transition goes well and I don't trust just any therapist while I'm in the fragile state of recovery.

  Potomac Behavioral Solutions in Arlington has an [eating disorder program](http://www.pbshealthcare.com/eating-disorders/) that seems pretty comprehensive. I don't have experience with those services directly, but going through DBT there was pretty transformative for me.
