I have very fine hair as well, and found THE BEST person! He is an expert with fine hair, short hair and color. His name is Vadim Podoleanu and is located near Hazard Center (worth the drive). His number is 619-971-8138. I literally get stopped by stylists and men and women commenting on my haircut at least once a week. It is almost comical. My husband just shakes his head in wonder. Says I can never change my style because of all the compliments.
