Even though that one looks great I'd still be interested in "shopping around". I'd really like something that provides 1-on-1 instructor training while on the track, classroom time, and allows you to bring your own vehicle(s). I've been a bit vague because I am going to make it an anniversary surprise and I can't give away our specifics or she'll find out it's me looking.

  http://www.1010 thsmotorsports.com/ They do track events with instructing. Most events are held at Putnam park, which seems to be a very nice track. I've never done it (wanting to really badly), sorry I don't have much more info. I can ask people specific questions if needed.
