  Any good physical therapy recommendations for shoulder issues? Been having a lingering shoulder problem for a while and finally had enough. I want to see a good physical therapists to hopefully get rid of this problem for good. Does anyone know a good physical therapist or should I just go on Yelp? Also how do you tell the difference between a good PT and a bad one right off the back?

  Dr. Noel at http://www.move4 sportandlife.com/ will get you straightened out. I'm a bartender and my shoulders are fucked from lifting bottles and shaking drinks all day, and bench pressing at night. She was really great about explaining the source of the pain and how all of the muscles in the body are connected to each other. She records you doing various motions and then from that she decides where to apply pressure point massage. First visit is $85, I felt immediately better after, best $85 i've spent this year for sure.
