  We just used Mike Metzer (over 11000 inspections!) and he and his son were awesome. Answered all our questions, was very patient explaining things, and had an awesome report. Www.nhisohio.com or 614-755-9922. (We're closing this week!) Also had them do our radon testing and bug inspection.
