  I almost never use Facebook to complain but I will now bc I could use some advice. Ive struggled with a very painful lower back pain for some time now. General doctor and x rays find nothing wrong. So where do I go from here? Chiropractor? Specialist? also any specific recommendations in jc or bayonne would help. Thanks
