  Patrick F. wrote: Mr Cottrell underquotes his estimates by 30% to 40%. At $75/hour this can add up to huge costs. Then he hassles you to pay the higher price. Will never work with this guy again. Horrible experience!

  Hi Ashely I have two that I can recommend: One is Duncan Cottrell - duncan@... - (404) 289-6960 He is known around Ashford Park as The Entry Enforcer as he has a great service enforcing your house from burglary. But he is also a small jobs contractor. By that I mean I don't think he would take on a large remodeling project but does do projects like decks and porches. The second one is Antonio Harrell.
