  I have a 1962 Frigidaire manual defrost refrigerator that needs repair. Freezer freezes but food compartment doesn't cool enough. I bought the 125-page manual, but need a qualified person to fix it. (It's likely either a thermostat or Freon issue.) Do you know anyone who can work on these beauties? It's in pristine cosmetic condition inside and out, in Aztec Copper that matches the built-in wall oven. 503 893 9893. Thanks in advance!

  After calling around a bit and getting names from people who said no (and names from the people whose names I was given), Appliance Solutions agreed to come out. (503) 351-3280 They were courteous and offered an appointment the next day. I'm not sure yet whether they will be able to fix it, but I thought I'd share the info in case someone else encounters this issue later.
