About us
Subee’s Glamour Cakes is a boutique home bakery that produces the best tasting and highest quality cakes in Florence. Our cakes and baked goods are freshly produced using the finest ingredients by Chef Surabhi.
Surabhi’s passion for baking began early on in life. She received formal training at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York, where she completed a Bachelor’s in Baking and Pastry Arts.
Surabhi, fondly called Subee by her friends and colleagues, returned to India to set-up her own line of cakes and desserts. She opened her first retail outlet, Subee’s Glamour Cakes in Faridabad, India in May 2013, that closed in April 2015. She now lives in Florence, KY and continues to work from home.
