  Mike H. wrote: Buyer Beware. They had my mower for over a month and a half and a cost of $275 total. I took it to them to have a broken belt replaced. While there I decided the front two tires were starting to look old and would get them replaced. I went back 3x to pick the mower up as well as take them money for parts. Finally it appeared to be fixed and they delivered the mower to my house. When I took the mower and began mowing the grass the entire deck came loose. What appeared to me happened is when they changed the belt they did not put one of the pins back and the deck came off. I called them back they picked up the mower, took another week and a half to replace the one pin. Charged me $25 for the pin and delivery. The guys all seem nice enough, but I would question 1) knowledge of more complicated tasks 2) timeliness and efficiency 3) pricing. I would also think if you have a had a mower for a ridiculously extended period of time and failed to put a pin back properly YOU ,would assume responsibility. I had a mower that NEVER had any issues with the deck. Nor any motor issues etc. Now I am worried to even mow with it on my hilly terrain.
