  Journeys has a good hang out factor and outdoor seating when weather permits. Noy Viet Lao, the bight yellow food cart at 35 th and Multnomah, has amazing Laotian and Vietnamese food and a charming owner. Chris, at the Fish truck at the same location has great, very fresh fish to take home and cook yourself. When Tastebud finally opens up on Capitol, it should be a really nice addition to the neighborhood.
