About us
Pitmaster Kev had a vision to bring true barbeque to Bozeman and being a Texas native it's in his roots. Teaming up with Chef Justin they began to experiment with a custom smoker in the summer of 2014 with outstanding results. With a passion for cooking and great barbeque Blue Smoke was born. After a couple months of serving friends and family with rave reviews and calls for more a food truck was found in Colestrip, MT and a small business began to take shape. Partnering with Bozeman Brewing Company, a home was found and it was time to get smoking. On December 8th 2014, Blue Smoke Barbeque officially opened for business.
