We're looking for something like Crossfit or similar where we are involved with a community of people and can join classes or group workouts.   Newberg Crossfit, they have a beginners class that will help transition you into regular classes. It has been so fun for me and my hubbie and he actually likes going to it as opposed to aerobic classes.

  Ok, so I have given up on Anytime Fitness, I have been calling, during business hours for over a week and still no call back. Does anyone have a good gym, in Newberg, that includes tanning?

  101 is $70 for three weeks and then the last week of the month is free. From there we have several membership packages that start at $80 for 3 classes per week. You can see all of our pricing and breakdowns on our website. Www.newbergcrossfit.com

  Melissa my wife and I own Newberg CrossFit. We have a beginners course that starts on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 PM. It's MWF for 3 weeks and is a wonderful introduction to CrossFit and the CrossFit methodology and programming. We give more of ourselves in the presence of others and with our community you'll have a group of people around you supporting you through each workout and you'll build relationships outside of the gym as well. More importantly our staff is very well trained and educated and will teach you how to move with maximum efficacy and efficiency. This is a wonderful place to build a base of fitness and then go out into the world and use it as you want. If you're looking for a life changing experience I can offer you that. I hope we get to see you!
