  Lynn W. wrote: Norm Williams of Integrity Tile saved the day! After a contractor chosen by the Thomas Fire Restoration company botched our shower repair, Norm came the rescue. We were referred to him my Tile Encounters of Ventura. He responded quickly to our phone call, came to look at the job, gave us an estimate that was fair, and proposed a timeline for the work. He and his helper Justin were on time, worked hard everyday, and tidy. We cannot say enough good about this local craftsman. We are very happy with our new shower.
