  I have been to both jc pennys and its a hair thing. Both were good as far as my haircut and color were concerned, but It's a Hair Thing's prices were much more reasonable. I got a cut, color, and eyebrow wax and still spent significantly less than what i paid for just a cut/color from Pennys.
