  Morning Medford, we discovered water damage to the lower walls and trim in our 4 seasons room. I opened up one of the walls and was not happy with what we found. Needless to say, total repair on all lower walls needs to happen. We figured out where the water is coming from (at least we are pretty sure). Remove & replace studs, remove & replace sheathing, put new beadboard up & obviously help determine exact cause of leak and correct issue. Any recommendations very much appreciated.
