About us
The FCPGA is a grass-roots program run entirely by volunteers with the help of local veterinarians. We are a registered 501c3 non-profit organization, donations are tax deductible. Our mission is to control the cat overpopulation. This is accomplished through TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return/Relocate). We specialize in rescue of strays and socialization of feral kittens for the purpose of making them ready for your loving home.

My husband accidentally left our garage open and after I closed it, I noticed that one of the cats was probably hiding out from the rain and is now trapped in my garage. I believe it’s the female that always has an active litter and we have found dead kittens before so I would really like for her to get fixed. Not sure how I would go about all this and I would like to avoid getting charged by a vet for this. Worst case, I can open the garage door again and let her go.
