  Hi Cindy, We did it in NYU. I called them in November and our first appointment was in May. So if you decide to go with them call as soon as possible. They use a grad student but a doctor is with you all the time as well. I don't have the number I called initially, I found them browsing myself http://rusk.med.nyu.edu/ But I have the number of the nurse was calling me for our appointments and you could start from her # 212-598-6248 Good luck.
