Thought about doing the whole balikbayan box thing instead of just a camera? There's a tindahan in King of Prussia that ships out boxes. Maybe pack it in the middle with goodies on the outside to eat the damage. http://phillypinoyfoods.com My ate says Forex worked pretty good for her. No experience with them personally; I always left the shipping to her or mom. https://www.forexworld.us/Home/

LEED is super easy to obtain in the city, given the easy points available for transit access, infill development, etc etc. Basically every new home going up in the city could be LEED silver without making any changes, even the leakiest, worst designed homes in the city. A vacant lot is practically LEED certified given the points that get attributed to a project that are outside the scope of the builder. LEED is much more challenging to build in the suburbs, whereas Passive House is much harder to build in the city. Without unlimited space for gobs of insulation, Passive House is the true certification in the city that really sets someone apart for thoughtful, energy efficient construction that pushes the bounds of what's possible.

Check out Laura Blau and Blupath for PassivHaus, a nearly net zero energy usage house. I researched container houses for one client, met with supplier/adapter of containers, very difficult and costly to do on small urban sites, even double lots, a "statement" moreso than any practicality. Highly efficient passive solar homes with trombe walls were built on 1500 Thompson Street as pilot affordable housing about 35 years ago, no others got built on that model, but most are still owned by original owners who love them.
