About us
My son has a diagnosed dairy allergy and we therefore avoid dairy-based products at home. From personal experience, it has been difficult to cater for birthday parties and other occasions where celebration cakes are needed and I started to bake my own cakes for my son to enjoy.
With many friends also suffering from an intolerance to gluten and wheat, I realised that a larger proportion of people than ever before miss out from enjoying delicious home made cakes and treats.
