Can you recommend me a lip product? I really need a gold-y, neutrally coloured lipstick thats cheap. I dont mind if it has glitter in or not. Thank you MUA! I'm stupid with makeup ha!

If you're going for cheap, I'd recommend getting a sample of Portland Black Lipstick Company's [Gilded Lily](http://portlandblacklipstickco.com/products/gildedlily/). There's a swatch of it in [this](http://www.brightestbulbinthebox.com/2013/10/review-portland-black-lipstick-company.html) blog post that also reviews the company. Hope this helps! Edit: Samples are $1/each and [here](http://portlandblacklipstickco.com/products/samples/) is the page to order them.
Here's the one I was talking about by Portland Black Lipstick Co.: http://portlandblacklipstickco.com/products/gildedlily/ Here's a swatch and review: http://www.portraitofmai.com/2012/07/portland-black-lipstick-company_12.html?m=1 I would definitely go the loose pigment/shadow or pressed shadow route first since it's easier and you probably don't need a burnt gold lipstick in your kit :)

I would pat over a sticky base like clear gloss/balm instead of mixing it because it tends to loose the opacity big time. (This color reminds me of Sugarpill Goldilux) I think Deb was just talking about a lipstick base by NAKED cosmetics that she uses. You can also use a gold creme like from Ben Nye. (Fireworks wheel...I think? Or just an individual pot). Portland Black Lipstick Co. Also makes absolutely gorgeous metallic colors. I think they have a gold one...let me check on that for you.
