  We are looking to buy a home, we have a realtor but sadly it just isn't working out. We got excited but he isn't his job, his computer send us listing but personally he finds us nothing. Any advise as to what to look for in a realtor. Our Contract with this guy is almost up... Think in April. We just need advise because don't want to make the same mistakes again

  Have you talked to someone to make sure you can't get out of it until April? We are shopping too and are working with an awesome realtor: Barbara Provence 714-815-7607. We bought our first property with her a couple of years ago and are using her again this time She has never been pushy like some other people and we love that she is honest (she will point out both the good and bad when you look at a property with her). We contacted her a couple times after we bought the first place with questions and she was always quick to reply. Best of luck to you and the new hubby!
