Bootcamps: are run every Monday Wednesday and Friday of the week for 6 weeks. These sessions are good for building general fitness and weight loss.
One on One Training: Consists of working towards your goals with specifically planned workouts that will keep you on track to achieve them.
Bridal Bootcamps: Are all about toning up before the big day. The bride to be and bridesmaids can workout together in short half hour sessions.. Measurements and weight loss will be recorded and are included in this fantastic package.
Social Sessions: Train hard with friends. The more you bring the less you pay. Combine meeting with friends and working out into the same hour (killing two birds with one stone).
