Personal Trainer Recommendation - Power lifting / strength Hi,
I am looking for a personal trainer to primarily help correct my form over a handful of sessions. The key movements where I'd like some guidance are:
\- squats / deadlifts
\- kettlebell swings
I'm pretty sure I need to increase my flexibility in a few areas to do the above injury free, so want someone who could spot that and then recommend appropriate stretching techniques etc. It's helpful to know you specific experience with the person you are recommending. Feel free to PM me if you'd prefer.
You'd be correct to assume I've been lifting for a while, but get a sore back when I go heavy. So \- gotta fix my form!

I've not seen anything better as far as improving flexibility goes.
Hi all, Anyone have any suggestions for summer camps for preschoolers? I'm looking into Dovercourt at the moment - anyone have any great experiences anywhere else that I should consider? Thanks
My daughter and friends enjoyed the week long summer camp at The Ottawa gymnastics Center http://ottawagymnasticscentre.ca/ last summer. They start their time with crafts, use the inside gym and then end their time in the pool outside.
