  ***EPA CERTIFIED PAINTER REFERRAL NEEDED***We have a 1936 house in midtown Tulsa that needs some painting done per the morgage lender's appraisal. The catch is we need the painting finished by Tue 1/15 morning and agree to be paid at closing.
