Our Inspections consist of full Visual inspection of all systems of the home as well as functionality of mechanical devices by a licensed Inspector.
This includes; but not limited to:
* Roof systems; structure, flashing, and coverings.
* Drainage systems such as, guttering and plumbing drains (interior of pipes not included).
* Hvac systems for proper installations, functionality, age, visible damage and any maintenance that is recommended (Interiors of Ductwork not included).
* Visible structural and support systems such as, framing members, floor joists, piers, beams, and foundations for structural deficiencies.
*Electrical systems for over fusing, double taps, improper grounding, missing or non-functional switches and safety devices, moisture in boxes, damaged covering to wires,improper installation of panel and receptacles, and visible safety hazards
*Grading and slope for proper drainage of the property.
*Any evidence of improper back fill or grading that can increase chances for collapse or allow wood destroying organisms.
*Exterior/Interior coverings, functionality and safety.
*All accessible windows/doors
*Visible moisture intrusions.
*All appliances for functionality.
*Plumbing for improper installations, proper flow, cross connections and leaks.
