  Hi neighbors...Looks like we will be leaving Fort Sill, Oklahoma around January/February 2016. If you know of anyone moving this direction please share this post. We are looking for a good renter for our cozy cabin in Medicine Park. If you've ever been stationed at Fort Sill then you know that Medicine Park is where you want to live. If you have kids, Elgin schools are where you want them to go and we have a bus pick up at the end of the driveway. This is a very rare combination and that's the reason we bought this house. Walking distance from downtown Medicine Park which has been a historical travel destination since the early 1900's nested between a 59,000 acre nature preserve, Lake Lawtonka and Fort Sill. The house has a secluded cabin feel with modern amenities (granite, stainless steel appliances, upgraded fixtures, farmhouse sink, etc.) and includes a wood burning fireplace, large patio for entertaining, and a 300+sf loft perfect for a 3rd bedroom, man cave, office or media room. Property around the house includes fantastic professional neighbors, large wooded lot perfect for exercising animals, a pond stocked with fish and access to miles of mountain bike/running/hiking trails. We are a mid-career, active duty, family of 4. We love this house and have taken great care of it...we hope you will too! ****Ideally we would prefer to rent fully furnished - can negotiate rate.
