  "Reasonably priced"? We see that and like phrases here so often that I'm compelled to comment. The most reasonably priced electrician (or whatever tradesman) is the one who's qickest to assess your needs correctly and knows the most efficient & cost-effective ways to get to the job done. Those with the cheapest rates usually know what they're worth. There are those who believe they've had a bad experience, They rest of us typically believe that we've been lucky/smart enough to have chosen the best for the price.
