Just switched our home insurance and we got a note that said we had some damaged shingles and we need a roofer to come and either state that the roof is fine the way it is, or make the necessary repairs.
Can anyone recommend an honest enough roofer that's not going to just try to sell us a new roof?
Looking for a general contractor who will return emails, work with my insurance company, and is able to provide the following: shingle replacement and roof repair, insulation and ceiling repair, and exterior paint.
