Making lifestyle changes can often be difficult, and I know I personally approach change with an all or nothing attitude. I am looking for someone local ideally (maybe someone who does custom plans?) or a recommendation of who/where I could find a recipe book/grocery planner for initiating a healthy diet. I'm not looking for something with a million ingredients, or 3 hour long meals.. simple and natural are key factors. Eliminating sugar and unhealthy fat over a period of time so I don't feel starved or irritable or like I'm neglecting foods I love!
If there is anyone out there your direction is needed and appreciated!
