  SIA Insurance & Financial Services are good, they're not an insurance company but insurance brokers. They shop around for you to get you a better deal. I used them to switch and even though I added a new car my premium still went down. Ashley Watkins is my agent and he is awesome, very helpful their office number is (678) 432-7800.
