  Hello! My husband and I own a home in Port Orchard that needs interior work done. We are currently living in Virginia Beach due to my husband's job. We have been using a property manager since the very end of 2011 to rent out our home. Unfortunately, our property was NOT managed properly and I need your help to find a local, reputable and fair company that could give me an estimate and possibly do the work that needs to be done. I will not be able to come out to our home while the work is being done so I would need somebody who is willing to keep in constant contact with me throughout the process. I know the home will need parts of the drywall removed and replaced, carpet torn up in at least one room and replaced with pergo flooring, bathroom(s) refinished (flooring, new tub/shower), baseboards replaced in the rec room where the carpeting needs removed and drywall needs to be replaced. I believe there is a leaking pipe behind the wall of the shower and although the wax deals were replaced on both toilets only months ago, they seem to be leaking. Like I said, our property manager has failed us and we are very frustrated with this whole situation, as I'm sure you can understand. We were depending on this person to make sure our property was taken care of and it was not. My husband works with a man who will be stationed out there and he and his wife will be renting our home. They are due to be out there at the end of February so it is very important that I find somebody who can competently and quickly help us to fix this nightmare we are living in. I am going to try my best to fly out there at some point during or after the work is completed, but that is still up in the air. Any and all information you can provide to me is greatly appreciated!!
