  I've had 4 cars done at the Waterfront Auto Complex and they were awesome! Laser cut to perfect size. They give a 3 year warranty on tint. There is also a Groupon for it, $89 for up to 4 windows.412-462-9309 TC Customs does do but, Tommy doesn't do it himself, he hires someone to come in and do it for him so you have to pay for a middle man.
