  Can anyone recommend somewhere to replace a stone in a ring? I had it repaired by H Samuel last year, a stone fell out again and even though it's within the years warranty they won't repair it for free saying it's my fault the stone fell out! Grrrr I may as well have bought another ring for the amount I've spent repairing it! (I don't really want to just buy another one, it's sentimental)
