  [Chen Garden](http://www.chengarden.com/) has a cold jellyfish salad that is pretty strange from a textural standpoint. They also have cuttlefish in a couple different entres, and frogs legs in multiple methods of preparation. I would recommend going there regardless of if you're looking for bizarre food. Their Salt and Pepper Squid Tentacles are amazing. They would be part of my last meal if I was on death row.
