  I've used Battrick Clark twice and can't fault them. They managed to get a purchase through in about four weeks for me. (It did involve driving to their office on Whiteladies Road to drop paper work off etc). http://www.battrickclark.co.uk

  I used [Battrick Clark](http://www.battrickclark.co.uk/). They were friendly, efficient and honest. I had to complete within three weeks, they did it in two. Seven months after completion I received a cheque for ~£40 from them as a refund for ground rent. Being based in Bristol (Whiteladies Road) meant I was able to personally drop in any paperwork and sign the necessary documents.
