  Thank you for adding me to the group. My husband and I are relocating to Winston Salem next year to be closer to the baptist hospital. We were told Ardmore tends to be more progressive and creative than the other neighborhoods (and that's what we're hoping for), plus it's near Wake Forest Baptist Hospital (my daughter sees a specialist there so that's a plus). We are coming for a weekend visit in October. Can anyone recommend some things to do/places to check out to help us get a feel for the area? We are from Charlotte and wholly unfamiliar with Winston Salem. Thank you so much.

Tanglewood Park on hwy 158 beautiful. Children's museum of Winston Salem. S Liberty St near Old Salem. Hope you enjoy our small town.
