  How do I get a parking permit? Parking permits are issued for selected streets in Bloomfield. To get a permit, you must come to the record bureau and provide your car registration for proof of residency. If your registration hasn't been changed to the new address yet, you can be issued a temporary permit, which expires after 2 weeks.
