  I had looked on this page for recommendations for a plumber to repair 2 faucets that leaked & replace a bathtub drain plug. I read some good reviews about Paul at Balanced Plumbing so I gave him a call on Friday and was able to get an appointment today. I know the worked seemed menial, but it was not something my husband or I wanted to tackle. Then, over the weekend our water softener started acting up and I thought, WOW what timing!! Unfortunately, Paul never showed up or called.
