My Kitchen ~ By: Gancena. For the last 12 years i have been a chef, i travelled and worked in many different cities and and country. Only to understand and appreciate the history of cultures and flavors.

Working closely with local farmers with international twists is my signature to create something for your pallets!! Making everything from scratch and seasonal menu changes is another way of me saying thank you for your appreciation..
