  beware of CHEAP. The carpet cleaning industry ISN'T regulated. Which means anyone can call themselves a carpet cleaner. All they need is a van and a machine. Typically this set up can cost under $10,000. At Stain Busters we are trained to clean to the IICRC Australian/NZ standard, we are fully insured, staff have been Police checked and our set up is a truck mount set up valued $50,000. With cheap, you get what you pay for and many of the Property Managers are on to cheap jobs. Many times we have gone in after a CHEAP carpet cleaner has done their work. Ends up being expensive paying twice. I'm not selling our company here, just letting you know the risks associated. Did you know over wetting the carpets can cause health issues and damage carpet? I'm not saying all carpet cleaners not insured, certified or Police checked are trouble, simply letting it be known the risks.
