Murfreesboro friends. I first started going to a chiropractor years ago when I was riding bulls. When I started running seriously a few years ago I started back with a chiropractor. Now that I've started CrossFit I have noticed some back issues that I recognize and want to try to add in yoga to my routine. I've thought about yoga in the past but didn't have a place close to me. Any recommendations for yoga in Murfreesboro? Not hard core stuff, but yoga for runners. Something to get me and keep me more limber and flexible as I continue CrossFit and begin my running routine.
