About us
The doggy salon with a special service for dogs who don't like being at a dog parlour for a long time. I groom one client's dogs at a time, do not use cages, use warm water. I have 15 years experience. Dogs are washed with a gentle perfume free Shampoo. I do the collections myself in a comfy car so dogs can travel in comfort and the collections are also exclusively for the client i.e. no mixing of dogs.
Clients must be on time to drop and fetch their dogs and a 24-hour notice must be given if you wish to cancel a booking. Otherwise you will still be charged the full amount. Constantia Groomers terms of payment strictly Cash On Collection / Delivery.
Most dogs should be professionally groomed every four weeks. All dogs should be brushed daily to avoid shedding and becoming mattered.
If your dog/s has a lot of fleas OR ticks please frontline or capstar them before you book them in as I need the parlour to stay Flea and Tick free. If you need your dog/s dipped for ticks best to take them to a vet that does dipping. Please join my monthly clientel, as dogs also love to look good and feel special. If you are not happy with the way your dog/s were groomed or washed and would like more trimming, you must let me know within 24 hours.
You will get a small discount if you come every 4 weeks ( Monthly) and own 2 or more dogs. Please note I do not groom aggressive dogs. It’s up to you to know if your dog/s are ok with strangers.
I'm open from Mon to Fri 9am till 4pm. Closed on a Sat/Sun

INDEMNITY: Constantia Groomers will make every effort to take the best of care for your pets but they groomed and transported at owners risk.
Please note we are only taking on Small to Medium dogs as the larger dogs are too strong & heavy and put to much strain on our back and arms while being lifted into the car and holding them still while being... show more groomed.
Price of your dogs groom includes Wash & Brush & Coat Tidy & Nail Trim & Blow Dry & Ear Check & Coat Moisture Spray. If your dog/s do not like the dryer I will towel dry them instead. To avoid any stress
Badly Matted dogs a charge of R290 per dog.
